Sister and my brother
My bother and believe it or not my sister have just joined a gym and they have encouraged me to join as well because i am a little bit out of shape and a bit over weight. The club is called vikings jiu jitsu and they teach out of the BJJ Sutherland shire building about nine hundred metres from my house. The pricing is pretty reasonable apparently so i might end up joining. The word is from my brother that the classes are really intense and they make sure they work you really hard physically and mentally. my sister seems to have improved her fitness as well.
