The rights I want to protect
Last year when my son and his wife split I didn’t think it would be for too long because they’ve known each other since high school. I was actually kind of surprised when I learned that they were going to be divorced and she was moving off of South Florida. What troubled me even more was the fact that she was taking her son, my grandson, with her. This got me thinking about some of the grandparents visitation rights that I felt I was entitled to. I don’t want to be alienated from my grandson; however at the same time I don’t want to meddle in their affairs.
