Why is Belly Fat So Hard to Burn?

Fat anywhere in a body is not easy to burn, but when it comes to belly fat, it seems close to impossible. This is because the muscles of the stomach are not frequently used in day to day activities as much as those in the arms or legs, and therefore lose tone and structure. There is so much packed into our bellies that when these muscles lose their tone, the fat shows even more. Everything seems to bulge out and is very difficult to get back into their packaging. Belly fat can only be burned by not only losing weight overall, but also with specific exercises targeted at the abdominal area. All kinds of sports and aerobic activities like swimming, dancing, cycling, jogging, or even walking help in losing weight, whereas yoga, Pilate’s, kickboxing, etc have specific postures and exercises to tone up those abdominal muscles and make you Lose Stomach Fat.
