As head of the human resource department for a small bank, I am always looking for new ways to ensure a complete and thorough hiring process. I have come to use this site many times. It has also helped us avoid hiring a few people with a very shady background. This is just an extra step in an already rigorous hiring process. These days a company, that deals with money, can never be too careful.
