De-stress with bed socks
I think the person you are is really brought out when you are under a lot of stress. It shows you for your true colours, and it highlights your inner strength. This is why I always find it fascinating to learn how people deal with stress in their lifestyle. Some people have ways of combating stress, by working out, or doing yoga to unwind, whilst others take it out on the people close to them. I think the most important way I learnt to deal with stress was to keep my head and focus on the bigger picture! Of course, when it gets really bad, I do have a backup plan. I combat stress by crawling into bed in comfy pyjamas and big chunky bed socks, with a tub of ice cream and a good book – the perfect de-stressing technique!
