Our rental business is going strong and we have got full occupancy in the block of flats that we are now responsible for. I am glad that the man who did the contracts for us was careful to include the phrases that we wanted in there to make sure that we were getting fair amounts of rent and protection from anything that a bad tenant could do to the building.
