Many homes don’t make very efficient use of their internal appliances. Some examples are the water heater, Gas Furnace, and boilers. If your running old equipment that is older than 20 years, it may be working just fine for it’s time, but it may not be doing the most efficient job at saving you money. Older units don’t take advantage of new technology and thus may be costly to run. It would be a good idea to update these appliances as the very savings you will get will pay for the unit upgrade in time but once paid off your savings continue!
