Finally there are those who are always saying “Omigosh, what happened?” Needless to say that these people are unaware of what is happening around them the Force Factor. Be nice walk on a treadmill reading a book at the same time when others are raising their heart rates to improve endurance and burn fat. They are what make curls after curls heavy weights when others are doing bench press, dead lifts and squats.
