A Very Simple Solution

I have been healthy for my entire life. I eat right and I exercise every day. So when I noticed a pain back I thought immediately that something was wrong. I went to see my doctor, who gave me a very simple solution. He told me that I needed to watch my posture. Quite honestly it is something that I never really gave a whole lot of thought to. I started to make an effort to sit up straight and surprisingly (at least to me), the pain subsided within a few days. I guess my mom knew what she was talking about when she would tell me to sit up straight.
