Eat more than you burn in a day and accumulate fat and prevent weight loss diets fail . Eat less than you burn in a day and lose fat. It’s that simple. I’m surprised how many people say sincerely want to lose fat and support have no idea how many calories they consume. Seriously, if you do not know how these eating, you can expect to make a profit.

Do you realize that much of anything in the body accumulates as fat? That’s right – even if you’re eating nothing but food “natural and healthy”, if you’re eating more than you need, the will be stored as fat.
