Vicious circle
I have always been unhappy with my weight yet never been brave enough to actually go ahead and do anything about it. I eat because I am unhappy and I am unhappy because I eat so it is a vicious circle that seems impossible to break free from. This was until I stumbled across a diet plan that promised that I could lose 10 lbs a week just by changing what I was eating. This sounded almost unbelievable but it was something I could do from the privacy of my own home and I thought what have I got to lost right?
