Newphew Looks Fit at His High School Graduation Party
Last month my husband and I went to our nephew’s high school graduation party. It had been a couple of months since I had seen our nephew, Derek, and I surprised at fit he looked. Since Derek has always participated in sports he has always stayed in shape, but he looked extra good at his party. When I told Derek how good he looked, he said that he had been doing muscle building chest exercises. I told him that he would have to show my husband, Ken, how to do the exercises. He told me that Ken could come over to his house anytime to learn the exercises.
