I really satisfied with Kwik-fit Insurance company
I was with Kwik-fit for around 6 years. I have recently bought a new car so called around to just get a few new quotes out of interest. Allianz was $200pa cheaper than Kwik-fit, and when I called them to ask if they would price match they simply said no. I asked the question if they were willing to lose a customer of 6 years for $200, and they said unfortunately yes. Bye bye Kwik-fit. I also had one claim during that time where there grossly undervalued my car. After doing my own research and getting a private valuation, they finally conceeded and gave me an extra $2000. While Kwik-fitgave me decent premiums for a few years, I found out their valuations were completely inaccurate on claims, and amazingly they seem to be willing to let go of long standing customers.
