Adventure weekend shutout
After a very successful year in little league the coaches of my baseball team decided to take us all on an adventure week out in the country. We were all really excited about this as any group of kids are when they get a chance to go away from home. The place we went was so much fun with canoeing and mountain biking through forests and getting to camp. However half way through the week some of the kids started to get sick and come down with rashes which were early symptoms of lyme disease so we all ended up having to go home early. The consolation was a trip to see a Rangers game in a few weeks but most of us see them every week anyway so it ended up feeling like a tough shutout loss!
