Taking Inheritance and Investing It
I received some money from my grandmother’s estate and I’ve decided that I want to invest it. She’d be proud to know I’d made money off the money she left me. So, I found a list of tax foreclosure properties that I’m going to research and hopefully purchase. I may have watched too many episodes of those HGTV shows, but I honestly think I could take a distressed house, fix it up and re-sell it. I’m a good handyman and have a lot of knowledge of general contracting. Where there’s a will, there’s a way and I have a huge will waiting to get out.
