Starting Off Small
As a new doctor, just setting up my practice, I don’t have a lot of money to spend. Therefore, I’m going to hire some modular medical office buildings for us to use in the beginning. I hope to eventually open up my practice in an old home that I have restored. However, that will have to wait a little while until I have the capital to do it. I don’t want to end up deep in debt just as I’m starting out, so I am trying to pay for as much stuff as I can without financing. I think it’s the best way.
