Dreaming of Home
Having spent most of my life in the mountains, moving to the plains was a real shock. I simply can’t get over how flat everything is. I know it should not have been surprising; after all, I knew it would be different, but I guess I did not realize just how it would affect me. I think that one of the things I miss the most is the interesting architecture of the mountains. Here, all the houses seem the same, and if I can be so blunt, they are boring. I’ve been looking at websites of Aspen Colorado Architects and dreaming of the beautiful mountain homes I once knew.
