Becoming a more disciplined business took an incredible amount of time and effort but was indeed well worth it. The ability to do so was easier with the data driven disciplined approach of Lean six sigma services. Thanks to this incredible consulting program, with its data driven measurement of virtually every area of one’s business, we were able to become the business we wanted going forward. My staff and I are indeed changed from the experience of Lean six sigma services. We learned that every single move within the company had to be accessed. From this valuable training we are not only more disciplined but work better as a team.
