Underage Girls
When my sister was seventeen she had a fake idea and thought it would be smart to go to a tattoo shop and get a tattoo on her shoulder. She did not think about any consequences whatsoever. The day my Mother saw the frangipani tattoo, she could of had a heart attack. I have never seen someone so upset before, boy did she rip that shop a new one. She is going to be taking this up with her lawyer to see if they will pay for tattoo removal. I am thinking that she will get what she wants since she was underage initially.
